The stressing platform is to allow access to the erected viaduct in order to control the closure of the joints and perform repair work if needed.
The platform is self propelled (motorized tires), running on deck wings without any transverse connection. Motorized trolleys is equipped with counterweight .
The platforms is able to work independent with a maximum load of 400 kg distributed / 200 kg per square meter on each of them, or joined with a maximum load of 1000 kg distributed / 200 kg per square meter on each of them.
Bottom platform is adjustable in height following the change in section of the viaduct, while upper platforms to allow checking of wings and webs joints will be fixed.
To allow passage of piers to next span the platform is to open sideward. Central anchor is via 鈥渉ook鈥 system engaged manually.
